Ari and Andrej... And Iceland

Hello everyone,

A new image for March.

A portrait of Ari and Andrej. I had the pleasure to be invited by Ari to spent one night in his beautiful GlassCottage in Iceland. Ari and Andrej are following my work for years. Andrej is a desert chef, I can say a desert artist... And an excellent chef.

My friends offered me for my 50th birthday a trip to Iceland. And I did it this month.

It was incredible. And I did spent one of my nights in the GlassCottage and it was amazing.

I also made this image of them both for Andrej's Birthday.

And I offered him the printed image when I met them for the first time in Iceland. I was so tired when I arrived there.

But it was so cool meeting them and this travel in Iceland was just magical. I've discovere the country, hiked, bathed, had fun with the people in the guesthouses I was staying with.

I know it's not the usual post. I'm usually not sharing parts of my personal life but this was a bit different... And for me, the trip of a lifetime.

I'm really thankful to my friends to offered me this trip. They always say that I should take more vacations. It's true that it's difficult for me to stop working for you...

But sometimes, it's important to take a break.

So don't be surprises if a modern Viking is featured in few days in a next image... It's normal. :-)
