Update Roadmap (Dec 2023)

Hey all, just some info on my plans for the upcoming updates, there's been some changes to plans which I'll explain.  (It's a bit of an unsexy news update lol, I've really got to try being sexier...)

Here's the plan for the upcoming updates:

December: New Side Affair that introduces makeup. Edit: *Sigh* This slipped into January. Be with you soon!

December*: Polishing update 1 (* Might be rolled into one big update in January)

January: Polishing update 2

February: More Dr Mifune

March: Javier USB deadline event

This is the general plan, any changes to this will be announced on the Discord.

What are the polishing updates for?

Unlike updates which add new sections of story, polishing updates will be for making the story/gameplay that already exists deeper. I'm hoping this will be what makes the game especially good!

I'm usually going to try and avoid doing two polishing updates in a row, but in this early stage of the game, I think both the game and myself need it.

Here's some things I hope to do in the polish updates: Add chastity/not chastity storyline to the updates so far, update the Story Skip tool, code / system improvements, add minor / quality improvements, and hopefully add a fun little secret feature ;)

Either there will be two polishing updates, or I might just roll them together into one update instead. I'll make people aware on Discord.

About Dr Mifune update

As you might of noticed, I've pushed the Dr Mifune update further down the line. I've done this because I've realized that particular update will benefit greatly from more planning, and that's something I can't squeeze into this December. Also, development-wise it makes much more sense to work on this after the polishing updates, after I've refamiliarized myself with the story so far.

Apologies for the switch-up! As the game develops further, things will become more predictable. Right now I'm still in the 'setting up' stage of the game, and I'm trying to get the things that have important effects on the game later as right as I can now.
