This was the hardest listen in awhile. I always listen to this show at work (helps me with indexing and focusing so I don’t go full round SpongeBob by the end of the day) we got this tho go team

Overall great episode. One note though is that many states do or have historically required medical proof of gender affirming surgery for a trans person to update their gender marker on IDs. So while self ID is common in the US, it isn’t the only way people note or change their gender marker
