Though with thee size difference, Leo couldn't possibly be of any use, right? Well Lugia seems to think he's the perfect size for all of his desires. Being a power-bottom and into some size difference fun, things were juuust how he likes it. Lifting his tail, Lugia was about to drop the weight of Leo's tasks right on top of him.
