[Text] Plans for 2023

TL;DR I will be focusing on anatomy studies for January and posting mostly sketches and scale practices to rebuild some personal drawing confidence.

Firstly, a big thank you for all your support during a rather tricky 2022 for me.

Since I've had to work extra IRL shifts to pay off those hefty American medical and home repair expenses, my creative hobbies took a hit from how often I could do them, along with my confidence in sitting down and creating something I had fun making and that I'm happy with. When drawing in the past, I'd normally visualize a scene in my head, and then just sketch, sketch, sketch until I got the pose(s) and feeling I wanted. I had a certain degree of fun doing this, but not so much anymore, considering now the amount of ideas I have is at an all-time high, and yet I have less free time to manifest them in my current, slow creative process.

For January, I'm going to be placing a large focus on gesture and anatomy deconstruction, both realistic and exaggerated. A lot of scrap work and practice pieces until my hands can feel like they can consistently generate those feelings of weight, softness, and scale that I personally enjoy without needing to draw the equivalent of 4-5 images; double that if there's a lewd alt. As usual, when I feel I'm becoming burned out in drawing, I will briefly visit writing and programming for a day or two to rest that area of my brain. While it's not going to be the focus for this month, I am working towards creating a playable alpha build of one of my giantess-themed video games later in the year, once I've gone through all of the major human anatomy studies.

As of posting this, my IRL work week has begun, but I will be disabling my Internet and other forms of distractions so I can rebuild the habit and create more drawings that I enjoy and that I am eager to share with you.
