WIP Game update - Creampies

Buy the "Creampie" item from the shop (can be bought 5 times), fill up the meter and deposit your cream!
Exit the tentacle and more cream will flow out while gaping (depends on how much she has been filled)

Looks good so far but maybe slight increase to fill meter and slower decrease to cum meter? Also maybe more climatic sounds she make while using the cum meter and wider eyes rolling back while using it? Though they're just suggestions.
