People think you still gotta go sleep in a lab for a sleep test but you can do it from home on the cheap now, if ya snore or have sleep problems definitely look into it. I have mild apnea and it’s gone away since I got a mouthguard device that keeps my dumbass jaw from falling back into my airway.
