Fun fact! The gap at the bottom of bathrooms stalls is because of accessibility requirements of the ADA. The 9” gap allows someone in a wheelchair more maneuvering clearance for their toes. The stalls can totally be built floor to ceiling but then they require additional floor clearance and owners always want to make the bathroom as small as possible. However there is no excuse for the peeking gaps!!
