This silver-banded ring is textured with sharp scales and bears the insignia of a hissing red-eyed snake at its center. When worn, you deceive others with unnatural ease and eloquence, but at times, you feel an otherworldly force controlling your words as your tongue becomes forked and coated in a thick layer of silver.
While wearing this ring and attuned to it, you gain the following properties:
Persuasiveness. You have proficiency in Charisma (Deception).
Silvered Tongue. Your Charisma (Deception) Checks are made at Advantage.
Cursed. This item is cursed. Attuning to it curses you until you are targeted by a Remove Curse spell or similar magic. As long as you remain cursed, you cannot remove the ring from your finger, and at the dawn of each day, you must roll a d20. On a roll of 5 or lower, the wielder can't speak a deliberate truth. On a roll of 16 or higher, the wielder can't speak a deliberate lie. This result lasts until the dawn.
