No Access to Twitter

so, I have no access to Twitter at the moment. I’m not logged in anywhere and can’t log in due to their stupid error regarding accounts with 2-factor logins enabled. If anyone has any suggestions - I’m all ears. I have contacted them multiple times with no success, being completely ignored.
