I have some bloopers for you, please enjoy and give my lovely wife Callee a round of applause for playing the part of Nora in that late Midnight Library section of the video! She was super excited and she even came up with that hand running along the books shot.
It was her idea actually and her hand; I think it turned out super nice. A good way to fill space during that section with no gameplay or scenes to use. I filmed it at 60 FPS and then played it at half speed in the video so it would make a super smooth slow motion shot at 30 FPS without hurting the quality any. I'd love to do more stuff like this in the future, heavily considering a new camera.
Thank you all sooooo incredibly much for the support on this one! Analytically, it completely bombed haha, but the comments and feedback have been extremely warm and comforting to read. I think the lack of views is my fault for waiting until the last second on the thumbnail. I have a few tricks up my sleeve. The megastructure video last year did almost the EXACT same numbers initially but then skyrocketed and is at almost a million now after a thumbnail revamp, so I'm not giving up hope.
But genuinely, thank you all for the kind words. I'm extremely proud of this one and seeing everyone resonate with it as you have is what this is truly all about for me, so thank you.
I am currently about halfway (maybe?) through Bloodborne at the moment and it's so fun!! I hate it lmao but I'm having a delightful time. The vibes are off the charts. The combat is crunchy and fast. The world is a maze. It feels very very metroidvania-y. Damn I just wish there were more lanterns haha.
The next video will almost certainly be much shorter. And I think I'm going to aim for something much more "clickable" - Maybe the "We've made evil too sexy" video perhaps? Not sure just yet. Stay tuned.

This might be blasphemous to those who have played a ton of them, but may I offer Judgment if you’re not ready to dive into that ocean? It’s a Yakuza spinoff (and my first Yakuza game), and is one of my favorite games of all time. It got a sequel that was fantastic, as well. Not short games by any means, but they may scratch that Yakuza itch without having to dedicate 100’s of hours. And, by the time you finish, maybe you will be ready to take the plunge. I played Like a Dragon and I’m currently playing Infinite Wealth. Anyway, rant over! Loving the stream, and loved your new video!

2025-09-10 16:03:46 +0000 UTCFinally watched it yesterday. It's a great video. Regarding views/analytics. Has been mentioned here already that other channels also experienced major drops in views. Seems to be linked to the new UK age restriction/verification laws and YouTube serving up content differently now across the board probably. Minnmax talked a bit about it in their last show (with Silksong/First Light) and mentioned they also talked to other channels experiencing the same.
