I was in a crack about 5 years ago and it was like that. I am trying to work it out with a a therapist and body work to get the stress out of the body. Feel better but not great.

Sorry to hear that Kevin, try to add the pranayama (breathing excercise) that we do every Sunday to your daily session. I believe it can do wonders for you🙏❤️
