I had the worst quality of sleep last night, I have a mini heater that I put on (I already sleep really late out of habit, and I wake up at 5am for work) because it’s so cold in the mornings and I struggle to get ready because i’m freezing so much. Anyway, idk what my point was but I just could not sleep, so yeah. enjoy that lol

2024-02-14 23:55:07 +0000 UTCMe too😭😂 on the weekends I’ll actually sleep the earliest and wake up as I should. I used to be fine waking up, I definitely trained myself into bad sleeping habits but evenings are just so relaxing and I’m always in the mood to eat my favourite foods

2024-02-14 05:22:52 +0000 UTCWow that’s actually really interesting, for me, it will only ever be on my back that sleep paralysis occurs. It is so scary. I also find that not one of my sleep paralysis has been the same an another, there’s always a new demonic creature.

2024-02-14 02:16:03 +0000 UTCI can sleep in any position but I'll always wake up on my stomach and my face into my pillow when I have sleep paralysis as if something wants to suffocate me. Sometimes if I listen carefully I can hear breathing behind me or somewhere in my room.

2024-02-14 01:14:31 +0000 UTCI get sleep paralysis as well, it is SO terrifying, I refuse to sleep on my back because almost every time I do I get it. I had a very very scary one with this shadow like figure in my room. One where there was this ghost like thing in front of my face and singing in my ears, I had only taken a nap. I couldn’t breathe as well, I actually thought I was going to die. So terrifying, I was so scared to sleep that night.
