I finished the Fall version then went ahead and made a winter one as well, I just couldn't help myself lol. This will give you a ton of variety for your market and it won't be too repetitive. The poly's are kinda high on a couple of these but since you likely won't have a bunch of them on the same lot it should be fine. They're each around 5,000 polys.
Should have these up for download later this week!

These look fantastic! Thanks for the differing versions as well - definitely helps when you want seasonal markets.
