2021-06-15 15:34:26 +0000 UTCMake sure you get plenty of rest and hydrate well! Apparently stuff with electrolytes is supposed to be especially helpful, and pain reliever medication might help if you can take some. In my experience, most to all of it should pass in about 24 hours
