Animation WIP: Penelope wanna cuddle?

I worked on this in April when I was a bit bored, it is just not possible for me to not draw a full month X:
So I finally sat down and animated something again! I really wanna do more or at least 1 each month until I get faster and can do more XP
This is a rough WIP I hope you guys enjoy it so far!
