The Sims 4 - H&B Store Stuff Pack [Updated, 18th April]

- Fixed a mesh error on the cabinets and the H&B MiniBook not displaying correct animations on the lower level of detail. Please redownload the pack;
- Added a cover art and various assets pack to the download list!
Welcome to the H&B Store! Here, you will find all of the brand's products, old and new! Reach the gaming station to try the all-new H&B Qube console, or walk to the electronics aisle to take a look at the new models of H&B PROTabs.
To take a look at all the items in-game, simply search Littledica or H&B Store.
The pack is divided into the following categories:
- New Products: a bunch of new products by H&B!
- Store architecture elements: some advertisement pieces and signs to help you create the perfect H&B Store!
- Modular lighting set: a versatile stage fixture-like lighting set, with various types of lights in various angles.
- A new lot to place in Newcrest's biggest lot: the store in the trailer is available for download as well. It belongs to the biggest lot in Newcrest, by the riverside.
City Living Required for the Gaming Consoles to work;
Get To Work Required for the shopping functionality of the store lot and some objects;
The prebuilt store is also on my Gallery if you wanna skip a download! Keep in mind that the store download includes some H&B items you may or may not have so definitely give it a look!
The prebuilt store uses the following packs: Discover University, Island Living, Get Famous, Seasons, City Living, Get Together, Get To Work, Strangerville, Jungle Adventure, Dine Out, Spa Day, Moschino, Toddlers, Fitness, Perfect Patio.
This pack contains 91 new items! This is my biggest pack yet and I'm very proud of it, so hopefully you'll like it too :) Enjoy! 💖

Your CC is mind blowing. Absolutely amazing. Cannot wait to download this. I love the tech that you’ve made. I don’t have any of the packs other than base game but just visiting the store as a non functional community lot building is good enough 😂😍 I’m also having shadows with the fridge 🤔

I've installed it correctly. I've even tried moving out all my other mods and cc and running just this but its showing that i have no mods. Could it be broken since the update?

I'm not really sure why this is happening, all I can say is, verify that everything is extracted from the .rar or .zip files with the proper software (WinRar, not 7zip) and make sure that everything is inside the mods folder. Also make sure that mods are enabled and that you're on the latest version of the game! Something to note is that the thermostat requires seasons to work, so if you don't have that EP, it might now show up all together:)
