Added 2025-01-16 01:17:16 +0000 UTCJanuary 15th, 2025 For several months now I had several variations come and go about how this scene was gonna play out. Ever since the end of the kingdom of kids pages I haven't been writing a script like I normally do but instead just waited until after I storyboard the art to figure out what exactly the dialogue was gonna be. Same with Kat, honestly. I'm unsure long term if I'm gonna focus less on writing scripts beforehand and instead write via storyboarding, but in terms of these action oriented pages a script hasn't felt necessary as much. Actions and events changed depending on what all I could fit on a page, so anything I would have written months ago would most likely have been thrown out by this point. Not much else to report this week. I saw Nosferatu, which was neat but didn't surpass the enjoyment I got out of seeing The Lighthosue in theaters. Ice storm came and went with nothing happening outside of not going to work Friday. Lat night I doodled some Galactic Dragoon Reina DRAGON design stuff and this morning talked with Cooper and settled on DRAGONs looking more like actual dragons instead of spaceships that happen to be named DRAGONs. Also they fly through space via wings and not thrusters now as I came up with a good enough lore reason as to why. That and the fact I wasn't liking the look of thrusters on the design. Then again it's not like I'm that great of a concept artist for fantasy space-faring vehicles. Also I still don't know where the DRAGON's sword go either. Guess that's next on the to do list!
