It's my birthday this coming Sunday! Turning 35! I recently picked up the SDBD of MXC Most Extreme Elimination Challenge so I'm using my birthday as an excuse to get with my siblings to watch it for like an hour or two. I always have difficulties trying to do anything since everyone has kids or busy with work as they're almost all teachers and shit, and the only times we get together are for family junk that usually winds up being my siblings talking teacher junk and me sitting there keeping silent before doing the hour commute home. But this time I'm able to go "it's my birthday so let's watch some dumb shit!" It'll be fun! Hopefully. I think I'm getting close to the end of Ys X? Just started chapter 9 and doing the side quests before jumping into the main quest. Still enjoying the heck out of it. More so than Ys IX. Unsure whether I like it more than Ys VIII though, but how the last chunk of game plays out might push it over the edge and nudging it the top spot. The soundtrack is definitely a step up from VIII and IX. My top top favorite Ys soundtrack is still Ys IV: Perfect Collection. Nearly every song in that is a jam. And with that I'm gonna go start making dinner before my weekly Lord of Lords: Ryu Knight watch starts up. Catch y'all later!
