Took Monday off from work as I didn't feel like going in. That and I went and visited my brother and sister-in-law for a few hours in the evening Sunday to give them the Totoro-Ponyo bluray set I got for my new nephew. Idea was I'd get home, get a good night sleep, then wake up Monday to do comic work and get it out of the way and then do some writing! What wound up happening instead was I slept for 16 hours and did fuck all outside of storyboards for the page you see above! WHOOPSIEDOODLE!!! I'm annoyed with myself, but for those who've been following me for years that's par for the course. Laying in bed daydreaming sure was nice, though! On Sunday I also got an email from the website developer. Launch day is gonna be Thursday, November 7th! And by launch day I mean the website will be up and running BUUUUT I still have to go in and swap out every single Bodysuit 23 comic page and update, plus assign each page it's little icon for the archive, set up the patreon stuff, and then do it all again for Kat! You'll be able to check it out but think of it like walking into a store before its grand opening and seeing shit littered about all over the place. Probably won't be READY ready until the week after. And when that happens you all will be able to read the new pages over there instead of coming to patreon to read them! And looking for older specific pages is gonna be so much easier! You'll be able to go to specific chapters, each with their own icon so you can get a idea on what chapter that was from a glance, plus those icons you see on my current website will be displayed do you can also figure out which page is which from a glance! It's gonna be fuckin' A! In life news: finally got the final statement from the old apartment! They want $500 for damages after taking my $200 deposit! There was a hole in the vinyl flooring caused by my computer chair, plus some paint damage and broken blinds which they sent photos of to describe what needs to be covered. Honestly it's a bunch of bullshit since legally you're required to change the flooring and repaint an apartment after a renter has lived in it so many years and moved out. But the fuck can I do but pay it unless I want to get into a massive headache. Hopefully this will be the final bill and I'll never have to deal with them again! I'll see y'all next week!
