Making the mistake of checking my weight during the holidays. Gained like 7 pounds over the course of two months. It's the holidays so it's not too suprising, as it happens every year since my weightloss back in 2018, but it always stings to look at. Only time I managed to ever control myself this time of year was back in 2017 when I first started taking weight loss seriously as a test. "If I can survive the holidays I can do it." I've never been as strict as I have back then. There's always new years I guess! Or shaming myself and posting it on Twitter again until I get the weight back down.
