The Cooper-less pages continue! Just winging it mostly solo! The other day my bluray set of Kemono Friends came in the mail so I could finally check out the dub track. I was really curious as it was done by this studio called Studio Cadence, whom I've never heard any of their work. Also their studio being 10 minutes away from me gave me this sort of "home team" feel, so I was really hoping they did a good job. And they did! The acting was top notch, and the included 11 minute outtake reel was a nice treat! The outtake reel was more in line with the fun that was the old Berserk outtake reel than the Di Gi Charat outtake reel, which is very bland for those who haven't listened to it. One bit about the dub that I really have to give a hand to them for is that they got animal experts from around Dallas/Fort Worth and beyond to do the animal facts. Going in I thought they would either have the voice actors do it instead. Going the extra effort when they had no reason to showed how much effort and care they put into it. It makes me want to go and check out some of their other dub efforts, like the new City Hunter film. Anyway, if you can find the means to, check out the English dub for Kemono Friends.
