Should the North annex the Three Sisters?

Baelish has fanned the flames for a while now grom the shadows and Jon Arryn struggles to control his wayward bannermen.

The Vale is obviously incompetent when it comes to governing them. They have no control over the Sistermen. But the smart thing would be to do it legally. I say, go through what they have planned (destroy all of their ships and the rock formations that give them shelter) and then back off. Nobody can say anything because the Sistermen have been attacking them repeatedly. If the North just annexes them right away, it will have political ramifications, especially coming so soon after Harry destroyed Myr. Stannis is a practical man; he believes in duty and the Vale hasn't done their duty. If they continue to fail in keeping them in line (or getting them back into line), he might just give them to the North, especially if they retaliate against the North for their justifiable actions. If not, well, the North can always conquer them, because you just know the Three Sisters won't behave without a strong hand at their throats, and everyone else will wind up with egg yolk on their faces. In fact, he can probably cull them like he is with the Iron Born and nobody will care. But then again, Harry probably doesn't care what Southerners think. But he has a chance to make Jon Arryn look even more foolish.
