Should Harry attempt to reclaim Valyria and restore the land to create an enclave for a magical community in Essos? The way forward is to resettle the Wildlings into the restored lands of Valyria.
Or should he focus more on shaping the Iron Islands as a natural expanded territory of Avalon and focus the expansion of a magical community there and in the North?

I certainly wouldn't push for an immediate "recolonization" of Valyria. Establishing some bases could protect the country from Euron-type archaeologists and provide a safe outlet for future expansion. At the same time, some exploratory expeditions will make it possible to prepare plans for future settlement and avoid problems or disasters...
