Do you prefer to see a Flying Carpet or a Flying Broom in the story Dragonlord?
Added 2022-08-06 02:59:48 +0000 UTCI've been told Flying Carpets are better transports than brooms. The Quidditch fan in me disagrees but let's see whether everyone agrees.

Just close this poll already. The answer is obviously not in your favor 😂

Carpets when war starts breaking out as stealth troop transport. Just don’t think you should be handing out flight beyond the north and black brothers. I mean it’s game of thrones you don’t just giveaway game changing weapons

2022-08-20 06:22:20 +0000 UTCI feel like carpets would be overall better, comfortable, more room, portable tent. Never understood brooms to be honest

2022-08-15 07:19:18 +0000 UTCI am pretty sure that only swords are wuxia.. I don’t think I have read any which has a flying spear. Or a flying sheath :-)

2022-08-10 19:03:24 +0000 UTCYes- but for mass transportation, the airboat is a better option than the carpet. The brooms were first chosen as it was an ubiquitous muggle item that could escape notice by the muggles. The equivalent of the broom for the lords/ warriors of westerosi would be the Speer/sword/sheath.

2022-08-10 19:03:13 +0000 UTCWell, the end goal is mass transportation. So, flying swords/sheaths are not exactly suitable modes of transport.

2022-08-10 16:53:42 +0000 UTCyou already have the boats for that. a boat would be much better for more people along with better comfort. makes more sense to have brooms for personal use next.

2022-08-10 16:44:59 +0000 UTChow about a flying sword/sheath? or spear? the brooms were first used because it would not be noticed by the muggles. it was a non descript item that they would overlook. that would be spears/sword sheaths here...

2022-08-10 16:43:52 +0000 UTCThat would have been the case except for the simple fact that spatial magic makes carpets as a carrier transport irrelevant. A wizard can store untold amounts of items in a pouch if he knows expansion charms. Now, carrying multiple people is a carpet's advantage.

2022-08-07 03:36:16 +0000 UTCI guess brooms can be as fun as flying a Cessna while carpets can be compared to a private jet :)

2022-08-06 13:56:39 +0000 UTCcarpets are for more people/items to bring like trucks, while you can make the brooms the equivalent of helicopters/small sports planes
