160. Global Crusade Aftermath (End of Book Three)

[1.] Your nemesis demands for your release of YoAnna Sainte-Luckrun from your marriage. This is based on the grounds that it is dangerous and improper for a relationship to develop between a Multiversal Deity of a Stage 1 [Low Godling] status and an eldritch abomination– you.

You deny the annulment of your marriage to YoAnna Sainte-Luckrun and Britney Luckrun. You decide to continue defiling the sacred presence of a Multiversal Deity of YoAnna’s caliber. You decide to continue corrupting the holiness of a highly gifted [Medium].

Your nemesis declares you are a monster beyond reconciliation and will continue to demand for a duel. You continue to deny his demands. You have up until the completion of the Uk-Guk-Gara Dungeon Incursions to duel your nemesis or the nemesis will duel you (or a representative) and hopefully stop you from fully realizing the power of the 13th Freak of Freaks.

[2.] System Guide YoAnna has passed a measure that is in spite of the recommendations insisted by the System Admins. Her measure will regulate her Earth’s Pre-Pre-Apocalypse.

This measure will slow, localize, and grant some means to predict the spawning of new monsters either by System Monster Spawn Mechanics, magical procreation, influential conjuration based on small magic and in-world legends linking with Systemic magic, or simple corruption of local creatures into MOB through the devil flakes.

Monsters will now spawn outside of populated areas. If they spawn in populated areas, the monsters are most likely friendly or neutral. However, certain human-like monsters can spawn at the borders of populated areas and infiltrate those areas quickly.

Spawns that are created by the hands of NPCs or your own pantheon can occur anywhere. Additionally, the rank of the monsters will be tailored toward the average ranks of the nearby populace with only a few notable exceptions based on special circumstances.

With this measure passed by your System Guide, lairs will now be able to populate around the world. But unlike the Yoroachian Lair, these lairs will die once all the lair monsters are exterminated. Monsterized Organic Beasts will not drop extra loot other than what can be extracted from their bodies alone.

[3.] Despite the rebuttals and blocks of your System Guide, the System Admins have passed a measure where Native Populace Creatures can gain extra AP from difficult training or noteworthy achievements. The more assertive and dominant NPCs will have Experience and AP gaining bonuses while in the Rank 1s, 2s, and 3s.

The NPCs can also gain a surplus of Experience and levels faster than Protectorates through alternative power sources. Such sources can occur from the influences of the Hell Circles, the Heavenly Realm, through the NPCs’ own extraordinary experiments, and others. This measure was passed to balance your pantheon’s control of this strange Pre-Pre-Apocalyptic world of your making.

[4.] The Grandmaster Arbiter has made note of your pantheon’s sharp rise in power and decided to delay the Uk-Guk-Gara Dungeon Incursions once more. This delay is considered indefinite, but you must be prepared to respond within a week when the Grandmaster Arbiter heralds the arrival of the incursions. This will also delay the investigation of the Grandmaster Arbiter, but do note that the longer the investigation is withheld, the more your wrongdoings and negligence will be scrutinized.

At this point, your System Guide receiving a Black Mark is most likely assured. The System Admins want you to know that saving YoAnna’s life would be easier if she submits a formal resignation letter that grants the System Admins control over the System Apocalypse. At the same time, your marriage to her and Britney must be annulled and you must be put to death. Please consider the System Admins’ proposal for it may be the only way to save YoAnna. This may also grant your Champions–

[5.] The Imperial Adviser to the Caath Empire of the AY-314 Nebulae and other dignitaries across the universe feel disrespected by YoAnna’s failure to maintain proper correspondence. The dignitaries have sent you a missive detailing their grievances and their plans to create a committee that will most likely antagonize your pantheon.

The time table before this committee is funded, formed, and structured fully is unknown. Though it is unlikely this will be a concern for you since the Grandmaster Arbiter’s investigation will most likely end your pantheon before Caath Empire Adviser’s committee can be a threat.

Perhaps you should not concern yourself with this. It is a mere interesting topic of note.

[6] The egg formed by your undead Yoroachian kiddies has yet to hatch. It has completely absorbed the small magic gifted from Bondye to Jhara, which Jhara gifted to the egg. The egg seems to require another sacrifice.

You’ve given the egg half of the immortal heads from your collection, feeding it traces of small magic gathered for thousands of years by the oldest of Earthlings. The egg seems pleased by these sacrifices. The egg seems to ask for more.

[7] Multiple Hell Circles are corrupting your world’s NPCs and turning them into demonized agents. Somehow, news has spread among the Hell Circles of your Pre-System Apocalypse’s unique nature, an information breach that will not be looked at favorably by the Grandmaster Arbiter. The rules do not bar the Hell Circles from competing among themselves for your pantheon’s patronage before your universe is fully hooked to the Multiverse System.

This would grant one Hell Circle premier privileges and rights to impose taxes on other Hell Circles that bridge the gap between your universe and their dimension– which will in turn grant your pantheon exclusive rights and benefits with that chosen Hell Circle. You should wait until after your System Guide has succeeded in her tests. The System Admins believe it is not wise for a young pantheon to engage in deals with a Hell Circle without further guidance from your elders and…

Your pantheon has decided to start negotiations with the 6th Hell Circle. The 777th Heavenly Realm Dungeon will be in contact with you soon. The Grandmaster Arbiter will be informed of these highly divergent actions of how a proper Pre-System Apocalypse test should be run. This brings to question what would happen if your pantheon was allowed to fully connect with the rest of the Multiverse.

[8] Your pantheon has succeeded in overturning major global threats from national to apocalyptic levels. From the time Team Crusader launched to the moment your [Godling] vanquished the remaining enemies in Paris, your pantheon has amassed close to half a million kills. This includes your Rank 3 crawl of the Sea of Death subsection of the 6th Hell Circle. These kills were achieved by Champions, Soldiers, and Agents of the Protectorates. But close to 250,000 kills belong to the Champions alone (Tim killed the most), which range mostly from lower rank monsters to the more destructive calamities that appeared periodically.

Though, you might’ve noticed that there are less destructive calamities with the defeat of the Benefactors and World Knife, these boss-like monsters are taxing for the System to spawn, and per the instructions of the System Admins and the implemented changes provided by your System Guide’s Pre-Pre-Apocalypse measures, you are less likely to see boss-like calamities arising except under special conditions or if a lair has grown large enough to give birth to one. Even so, it seems that your pantheon has benefited greatly from what the System Admins consider to be unruly and divergent behaviors of an improperly run Pre-System Apocalypse.

All of your Champions are now Rank 4s and have amassed AP far above the Multiversal average for regular crawlers and certain other pantheons with Champions. The System Admins are drawing conclusions that your pantheon had dirtied the Pre-System Apocalypse proceedings on purpose for your pantheon’s benefits. The System Admins are compiling evidence of such and will present their findings to the Grandmaster Arbiter among more. In the meanwhile, please do not commit any more outrageously divergent acts.

You’ve replaced a Title! [Slayer of Assassins] → [Smiling Doom of Assassination Orders]: Some people fear the black-cloaked hitmen who come stalking in the night with a knife, gun, or spell aimed at their target. But not many people consider the monster who the hitmen fear most. Contract killers, eager mercenaries, paramilitary warriors or wizards– any man, woman, or creature with a specific task to kill a specific person or group can be considered assassins. And if these individuals form a group, this can be considered an assassination order. Individual assassins can be highlighted by this Title through multiple sensory powers that are at your disposal if they fail to cloak or hide themselves from your Perception effectively. A group of assassins will find it nigh difficult to escape your notice, and will become easily traceable for you if they enter the range of your Perception. Thus, when fighting against assassination orders, your Perception will be boosted extremely at a base amount while enhanced even further for the number of assassins involved in the order. Once your presence is known by the assassins of the targeted order, this Title will conduct Conviction Checks against the assassins– any failed checks will suffer a range of fear, dread, horror, or visions of death which effectively scales with your Perception. Only those with incredible willpower can withstand such a debuff, if barely.

You’ve acquired the Title [Inescapable Death of Ancient Immortality]: There are many immortals across the Multiverse. They’ve found various means of achieving immortality, and some have gone even further to bring about powers that could rival or outdo naturally born Multiverse Deities. With their long lives and plethora of powers, these immortals have little to fear. Except for you. This Title threatens the magic, conceptuality, and reality of those who would deem themselves immortal, whether they are divine or not. All immortals in your presence who do not have the needed willpower– regardless of their Conviction– can feel the nearness of death as if they weren’t immortal in the first place. When you are dealing with immortals, whether it’s in warfare, diplomacy, or business, if the immortal serves an antagonistic role in your affairs, you will effectively have the Gravity of Death applied to your abilities. The Gravity of Death applies debuffing of stacks to an immortal antagonist touched/affected by your abilities. These stacks increase the likelihood that the feeling of death you exude will become a reality, denying the immortality of a foe who is within your reach of power. The stacks cannot be removed unless it fades over time or you are killed. Once an immortal has a stack (or more), they can be easily traced and followed by you. You will find that all your abilities are moderately boosted while hunting and fighting an immortal directly. This boost can scale incrementally based on the difference between your age and the immortal’s if the immortal is ten times your age or greater.

The ‘#’ changes depending on your placement as one of Earth’s Mightiest! Having the [Mightiest of Earth: #] will usually grant you a Percentile boost of 30% plus 1% per a placement beneath #31. This Title requires you to be on Earth for it to work, of course. However, because of your detachment as an Earthling, you miss out on the flat 30% that a true Earthling would have. This affects Kleo and YoAnna, as well.

She was once a Level 1 dungeon monster doomed to die repeatedly in a subpar script. She has come far from such origins, becoming a force that can threaten, harm, and fight monsters, immortals, and even deities! And if that wasn’t enough, she can multitask in a Multiverse-centric office setting like a pro– handling a wide range of administrative tasks, diplomatic affairs, and high-level managerial objectives that has the far-reaching touch of the Multiverse. Although this is all in support of you, since you are her master, Kleo has cemented herself as the best person to lead the pantheon while you serve as her Vice-Chair. Between her work in the back of the house, and your work at the front of the house, balance may be achieved while your patron deity can focus as a figurehead of the pantheon and the guide. Though there is only one problem with this– your pantheon might be seen under a highly unfavorable light for having a Leader and Commander that are eldritch. This is a never before seen development.

Hailey’s replaced a Title! [Public Chair of the Multiverse Protectorate Pantheon] → [Secretary of the Multiverse Protectorate Pantheon].

YoAnna will serve as a figure-head, ultimate patreon-deity, and System Guide while a majority of the leadership responsibilities will fall on Kleo, Hailey, and you. YoAnna does reserve the right to take command if necessary under certain circumstances.
