I created a new character to torment the main character. His name is Genn. I copied most of the data from the main character, so it doesn't look that different, but I fixed a few things that bothered me.
1. I smoothed the edges of the whole body. This made him look more obese. I made the edges of the main character's muscles too strong, so I think I'll keep them this way in the future.
2. I corrected the shape of the throat. When I raised my head, the throat was sharp, so I made it rounder.
3. I made the nose and paw pads one with the body. This eliminated the unnatural seams. However, the boundaries are blurred, probably because the texture resolution is low. Well, he's a mob character, so I'm going to make it high resolution for the main character in my next work. Incidentally, this character's texture was created with 2K6 UDIM, and the main character's texture was created with 4K*7 UDIM.
4. I created the cheek hair as one piece from the beginning, so I was able to bake the correct normal map. Because I forcibly changed and integrated the polygons of the tattooed guy, the normal map at the base of his hair was in a weird state, causing strange shadows. I'd like to refine it someday.
Now I can finally start inputting keyframes. Look forward to the rewards at the end of this month~
