Heavyweight Poll - Elizabeth's Next H-Scene

By now, hopefully, you will have spent some time with Elizabeth, in the latest build of my new short game My Oppai Mommy Makes Me Want To Spill All Of My Company Secrets.
Due to time constraints, I had to plan this game well in advance, and I have a very clear idea of what the third H-Scene will be about. But I figured I had enough time to ask you guys what you expected out of a final, fourth scene.
Of course, I am tempted to make it breast-centric, since it's the theme of the game, but perhaps you're interested in seeing something else? I have gathered a few suggestions here in the poll, and while they are all very reasonable choices (I want to keep it soft and sweet to fit with Elizabeth's motherly vibes), I am also leaving you the option to suggest something entirely different to me, which might be included in a second-round poll taking place later this month, probably next week, to keep things short.
