The Bodyguard Girl 2 0.1.1 Build - Introducing New Art

Introducing (for the second time) the first build of The Bodyguard Girl Is Too Strong 2, but this time with brand new art by the game's official artist, Manob0028. Please give them a warm welcome.

As I stated before, I'm a huge fan of the artist's style, and they created a large and intimidating version of Vivian that fits the tone of the slasher-genre-type scenario of the game.  She is broad and massive in all the right ways and it feels like an appropriate visual representation of how f*ucked you'd be if you got caught in a submission hold coming from that body. I also personally cannot get enough of how good her abs look, it's a fave little detail of mine that drew me to the artist in the first place. I hope you love it as much as I do, or in certain cases, I hope you eventually warm up to it.

As noted in the image attached to this post, the art for the first minigame has also been updated to Manob0028's rendition, so here is something new to look forward to.

Not much else is new in the build. Here is a quick TL:DR version of what's updated :

• New Vivian character sprite art (no alternate facial expressions yet, however)
• New overhead headscissors minigame art (but the game itself wasn't changed)
• New background art to remove the AI-generated placeholders (gotta start cleaning up that stuff ASAP)
• Minor changes in the text to fit the new backgrounds (so that the visuals do not conflict too much with how the story is told)
• Please note that the game still contains AI-Generated placeholder art for the entire cast of protagonists (hey, art is expensive and I prioritize Vivian and the CG scenes over the more minor characters)

As usual, let me know if you find any bugs in the build. I know of at least one bug, which is when you load a save you created from the Sewer Map screen, it takes you back to the save menu and you need to close the save menu to return to the Sewer Map screen. I still haven't figured this one out, sorry.

On a related note, I was wondering if the game should have a cool sub-title, like The Bodyguard Girl 2 : Electric Boogaloo or something cooler. If you have any ideas, I'm all ears.

I'm still planning on releasing a new build of The Bunny Girls in the next few days before the end of the month, but don't expect any revolutionary addition to the game. It's mostly going to be QoL fixes and small upgrades here and there. So please look forward to this as well.
