If you are not on these lists and your birthday is on either of these months, it might be because you didn't sign the sign up sheet during your birth month in 2023 or you left. If you did sign up for one and never left, then you were not in any of the qualified ranks during your birth month in that year. The ones qualified are Boss, Champion, God and Ascended, this has been in effect since January 2023.
