Idea to figure out why people are leaveing.

Wrathion told me something that they do when a person leaves their patreon, they send them a short exit survey. So anytime someone leaves the patreon they would ask the reason for leavening and if there was anything that needs improvement.
I think that sounds like a pretty good idea, it would help me understand if it's just money issues or something I can fix?
What do you all think?

oh yes people can be crazy horrible but I will do my best to not let those kind of people ruin my day. Just have to try and think of it like when I was in customer service.
