$5 Tier

I simplified the knockouts for now to fit in with the new system, but I will be adding in more variations before customs on Monday.
And sorry the skirts are untextured due to some cloth simulation bug, not sure how to fix it but it's fixed itself before so it may/may not come back for a bit
