Oh heck. No. I'm not *that* evil. For all the fight across times, there was no indication that it affected the Equestria Twilight and Starlight were from. Also, the time-travel shown earlier in the show was the predeterministic kind, which if that holds true, they can't have changed anything in the world because the outcome is already assured. That said, Twilight being missing was always going to be Lyra's problem.

Part of me was half expecting a chapter to start off with the main char (assumed to be lyra) waking up, being grateful for the breakfast being cooked downstairs by the wife. Going downstairs and having a normal breakfast conversation that ends with "I'm off to the mine Mike, tell Candela I said hi and to not break her new asst teacher on his first day." "Bye, Rose, love ya."
