Oh, with regard to the style-type fixes (spaces around em dashes, possessive nouns ending in s and z, etc) unless something looks inconsistent with how I otherwise write, they are not required. I have developed my style choices over many years, both for ease of writing and for ease of reading, and am not really looking to change those. That said, if something does look hard to read, please let me know.
