Alcoholic beverages can make you more impulsive, and you might get a better job at a more glamorous location. I understand your complaints, but the idea is you are new to the city, and you should try any and every avenue to better your position. I don't necessarily agree with the idea that you have to flail about to find a way forward, but that's how many actually make it happen, and it's actually accurately simulated here. Whether or not that changes is up to Patreons.

2022-06-04 06:24:52 +0000 UTCI've been playing this game for a couple of weeks but it's insanely difficult. i've been stuck for weeks and have no clue at all what i need to do at all. The game needs either a proper walkthrough or be simplified, because this is such a difficult maze it's impossible to play. Every action needs courage but it's impossible to figure out how to get courage. every quest is about 3 words long and there's no guidance as to how to do the quest at all. None of the quests are in any order, they're all jumbled together in a random order and you figure out how to do them. it's an interesting story, but my god this is so frustrating that i simply can't bring myself to play it because it's a huge mess. it's like giving someone an airplane without teaching them how to fly it or where to go. it's really aggravating...
