I saw this bug once myself, It seemed to happen if before or after the scene if you had also used the mirror in the WC to change your makeup or perfume status, then upon exit of the WC, the amanda line just repeats. I got past this problem by saving the game before the saving paris scene and exiting the WC immediately after the scene without engaging in any other of the WC facilities.

After saving Paris and went back to cafe, the game stuck at Amanda's conversation (I'll come later).
