We don't have anything set up for that currently. It doesn't seem to be that useful since list C did block something. It doesn't affect performance to have lists like that, you won't see any increase by removing that list. List domains are stored in a very efficient structure that can handle very large numbers of domains without causing a performance degradation. It may be nice to see how lists are performing and if you would like to open a Feature Request for the behavior then https://discourse.pi-hole.net is the place to do that.

I guess what I am wondering (for a data stand point) is the Malicious List I added blocking anything? Pi Hole is working wonderfully, and we notice an improvement already. I am most curious about what we are blocking (adds? telemetry? malicious sites)?

Thank you for the response. I am not sure that will do what I am looking for. What I would like to know (if possible) for example is. I add lists A, B, C and D. Run a report that lets me know what percentage of sites blocked (even if multiple) were hit (in the case a domain is on multiple lists). So something like of the urls blocked- A = blocked 75% B = blocked 63% C = blocked 2% D = blocked 52% I *might * dump list C.
