Considering the current total number of experiments, even after the 300% drop rate increase the added new sex scenes are still hard to get via analyzing. It's retroactive so your previous duplicates also count towards the guarantee.

First: if you’re on a higher-tier subscription, downgrade it to the cheapest one. Second: if the next update shows the same level of neglect, cancel your subscription entirely. You’ll still have access to the game — you just won’t be paying the devs to keep delivering nothing. When they actually start caring about the game, stop relying on endless support without real progress, and begin pushing the game forward in a meaningful way, then you can support the project again. Until then, stop rewarding bad practices.

Make it a rare event but you can increase the chance of impregnation with a single use item / pill or prevent it with the condom item you mentioned.
