What's amazing to me is that as good as "Dial M for Murder" is -- and it's very, very good -- at least 10 other Hitchcock films might be even better!! That's how prolific and how incredibly talented Alfred Hitchcock was. Maybe the best director who ever lived.

It's funny that in movies like this you sort of root for the bad guy with the elaborate plan initially before rooting for the investigators to figure it out. At one point Coby was advising Swann which made me laugh. Also, I got a reminder of a long-forgotten favorite "A Perfect Murder".
