I just joined the Patreon, so I’m a little late with comments on this. First of all Graham Chapman looks completely different without a beard, so that’s probably why you didn’t recognize him as the Doctor, and the lounge singer. In my opinion I like this movie just as much as the other two because there is no such thing as a bad Monty Python film. Check out the documentary Almost The Truth. It gives the complete backstory of the Python’s, and is really interesting. You should also check out Eric Idle’s mockumentary The Rutles, especially if you’re a Beatles fan. And finally, If you want to check out the Flying Circus show, it just started streaming on Amazon Prime.
