Health Update: What it boils down to.
Added 2021-02-23 04:42:08 +0000 UTCSo, after all this time. We’ve finally reached this specialist in TAIWAN that knows what’s going on:
My cervical spine was trashed in the Army.
So that‘s what’s been causing all of my health issues.
We’ll be doing an MRI soon, then attempting Physical Therapy and then maybe shots.
Only thing left after that is surgery. Which is downright scary.
There is one silver lining however: At least now as far as surgery goes there is a disk replacement surgery that foregoes fusion of my spine!
But the risk of complications and death: is... ugh. And not to mention either convincing the VA to pay for that or the costs of covering it myself!
Anyway, wish me luck! Pray for me!
Hopefully this will all work out in the end.
