I'm not a big fan of sport wear so I went for a confident, sexy yet stylish city girl look. That's where the hat came in xD

The front/brim is hidden behind the top of her head, meaning she either has a substantial dip in her skull, or (more likely), someone is sneaking up behind her, just about to pop the hat on her head. Mo-chan herself and her outfits look great. But yeah, the hat is... off.
