A race of ancient humans, hiding away on a hidden island and have been living there, sealed in a pocket dimension on Earth, since the dinosaurs for 50 to 80 million years. The catch is, they are from a civilisation that worships Beerus.
They make offerings to statues of him- the Great Destroyer- similar to how Ancient Cultures in our world prayed to Gods in multiple different cultures- they have ceremonies dedicated to him, such as trials by Hakai to see which warrior can withstand Hakai energy in a very tribalistic ritual- the same energy used to bring extinction (at least an extinction event) to the dinosaurs. Whoever is able to survive it is one of the chosen, whatever.
I find the concept of a race, or some races across Universe 7, actually building temples and shrines dedicated to Beerus or the Kais and praying to them.
This concept character embodies one of those cultures.
