Monthly progress report and plans for next month.

Hello Heroes

I hope all is great!

Thank you all for bearing with me this month. With the heatwave limiting my ability to sit at my computer for hours, progress was a little slower than anticipated! However I finally managed to complete the Electra fight! Which is now available in The Dojo for Tier 3 Patreons to test and comment on.

Last Month: Electra / Luna fight

This was the largest fight so far. Due to the heat I needed to set animations going and hide somewhere cooler, so I have made more animations for this fight so I can just set it going and leave. It also contains a branching narrative (That will be a repeatable side quest in the main game). During the fight you need to gain 50 TP to attempt to retrieve a police badge from the back of the club (It seems the police have been ignoring their own rules and venturing out for "entertainment"). This activates a series of events with multiple paths, QTE's and outcomes.

Overall this fight adds around 200 pictures, 3 animated climax moves, and two animated ballbusts. All featuring two villains.

This turned out to be much bigger than I was anticipating! When I started mapping out the paths it needed more work to flesh out each. Which is why it took me the whole month!

However now this is completed, I can begin work on the next fight!

This Month: Lillith / Calisto fight + dungeon scenes.

Next up I'll be working on a fight with our Dramatic Vampire Goth Lillith, and her friend Calisto! Lillith will do anything to get more followers on her OnlyVillains (Name being workshopped :P) account. So when our hero wanders into her gothic lair, she seizes the opportunity!

This fight will also be against one villain with a supporting character. It will be less complex than the Electra fight, though with it's own fun twist!

Every time Lillith attacks you, her livestream viewers increase. Every few rounds they will get to nominate an attack. The more viewers, the more dangerous the attacks she can use. However the hero will get the chance to disrupt the live stream to reduce the amount of viewers. Which will be key to defeating her!

I'm hoping that this fight will be quicker to make than the Electra one, as there won't be a branching narrative (Just a larger selection of moves!). So hopefully I will have time to also begin work on the dungeon scenes this month!

Next Release

I will also work on the Electra Quest during this time, so I can add it into the main game. Hopefully this will be in the next couple of weeks! I'm aiming to increase the quality of each update as I do more work on the game. So apologies if it's not quite an update every month. But I'm still roughly trying to work to that timescale!
