It's nothing, really, just a microexpression, but it's why I did not include it in the main part.
As a standalone latex photo, it could tell a story, though - especially as the building behind Leila used to be a mental institution of some sort, a housing for them.

It is a very nice composition however with the semi-overgrown building in the background. Combined with the glimpse of sadness.
