Rant: Youtube needs to chill out

"An age limit has been set on your Youtube video."
Again and again, over and over.
Now let's be frank, this doesn't limit my options of being creative, this does not count as a rule violation strike or anything like that – you can still view the videos as long as your Google account is set to 18 years or older and that you've set age-restricted videos visible from your settings.
But what this does mean is that these videos will be demonetized and that I will be unable to gain any advertising revenue from them.
As a relatively small creator with just over 9,000 subscribers, my videos still reach around 17,000–25,000 views on average, with my most viewed video reaching to almost 800,000 views. My monthly view count is around 110,000 total.
And because of the demonetizations, my monthly income from YouTube is 30–70 USD.
I mean, I sort of understand Youtube and would respect its decisions to keep anyhow sexually-related context (even though the project's main idea is to deviate from that, but that context is not admittedly always easy to see, especially when viewing one video at a time) away from the site, but if you look at the latest trending videos – with some even featuring latex – that's perfectly fine to show. But not my work.
It's not fair!
Thank you for supporting the project, as with Youtube's silly and inconstant policies could probably never provide me with that. I've said it before, and I'll say it again – the project probably would have lost all of its momentum by now if it wasn't for you, my dear Patrons.
...
Well, this was a rant.
I'll get back to editing the behind the scene photos and outtakes as soon as I get home from work. I probably should go and do my actual job now.

I don't know if selling certain sets would be that nice - I feel that it could devalue the worth of a Patreon subscription, and even I recognize that I'm not as active as I could honestly be. Youtube is a necessary platform for me as its recommendation algorithms work greatly into my favour, as almost all of my videos reach view counts many times over my subscription count. It's basically the only feasible platform out there, and there are no other options.

Trying to make everything with soft edges and label people who think different as extremists or short minded folk. Quite sad to see a honest content creator like yourself fall victim to this sicking trend. You could look into starting something like a image sale website. So people who don't want to commit to Patreon can buy shoot X in HD or 4K (movie and/or images). Platforms like Squarespace offer quite easy commercial plugins this day. Don't know if you can host video's on this platform but age-locking and thus removing monetisation for me personally would be enough to leave YT.
