When your neck-entry catsuit's neck is too tight...

Well, it's a custom-made Fantastic Rubber neck entry catsuit, but the only problem is that its neck is way too tight. I mean I measured the neck multiple times, but it was still too tight and doesn't seem to loosen up - especially when Leila really doesn't like clothes squeezing her windpipe...
So while washing the suit, I put a bucket on the neck in hopes to loosen up the neck hole and to get Leila dressed up in it again. The suit is awesome, Leila looks awesome in it, but if it's too tight, it's too tight. I can't - and I don't want to - force anyone to wear it.
