PatreonとDiscordの連携方法（How to link Patreon and Discord）

① Patreonにログインする。
② 画面右上のアイコンから「マイプロフィール設定」を開く。
③ 「アプリ」タブを開く。
④ 「Discord」の右にある「接続」をクリック。
⑤ Discordにログイン、もしくは新規登録する。

① Log in to Patreon.
② Open "My profile settings" from the icon at the top right of the screen.
③ Open the "Apps" tab.
④ Click "Connect" to the right of "Discord".
⑤ Log in to Discord or register a new one.
