Do tags spoil the captions?

In a caption, if I include all the tags (e.g. permanent, tricked, F2M, etc...) it can sometimes spoil the ending of the caption. Is the extra ease of finding captions worth it?
For example, if the twist at the end of a caption is that the change is permanent, should I leave out the permanent tag to avoid spoilers? Or keep it?

I appreciate you asking this. I just joined today on your $3 tier and I have to say I am disappointed that I don’t see any tags whatsoever. I was hoping to find more of some of my favorite of your caps. I will still root around for them but it would be nice to be able to narrow down what I am looking for
