Or, consider the possibility that the Milkyway is travelling with a high speed, so that only in relation there seems to be a speed of other galaxies, it is a problem of relative speed or point of view. Or, there has been in the far away past a very very big explosion, say, the big bang, which still today results in the speed of those galaxies who seem to be attracted, but are still fleeing away.
